The middle school girls’ basketball team was coached by Ms. Green this season. They practiced during the school day to allow those students who live in Irvington to play on the team.  Though they had several losses this season, the girls worked hard and improved a great deal in dribbling and teamwork.

Even though the team will lose 8th graders Madison Alvarado, Vanessa Amewugah,  Cayleigh Dandridge-Sims, Melvina Fortune, Daleyri Hernandez and Genesis Joglar, METS is optimistic that the team will have a winning season next year.
